Born and raised in West Virginia, Kinley brings delicate precision and an illustrative touch to everything she tattoos — from black and grey botanicals to whimsical animal portraits.
She often freehands designs directly on the skin, creating tattoos that flow naturally and are unique to each client.
Kinley’s all about collaboration and making sure you feel heard every step of the way — whether you're getting your very first tattoo or adding to an ongoing collection.

Meet Hailey , Certified Piercer
A West Virginia native, Hailey began her piercing career in 2021 and is a professional body piercer dedicated to providing safe, beautifully executed piercings. She prioritizes continued education and stays current with industry best practices in technique, hygiene, and aftercare.
Known for her calm demeanor, Hailey works to make every client feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the experience. She especially enjoys conch, daith, and eyebrow piercings, and approaches each appointment with care, respect, and attention to detail, whether it’s a first piercing or a curated addition to an existing setup.

Colina
Colina Florentina Moldoveanu
@colinainkOriginally from Romania, Colina has been a licensed tattoo artist since 2017 and became fully licensed in Virginia in 2026. She brings a strong fine-art foundation to her tattooing, having studied at the College of Arts Queen Marie in Constanța and Ovidius University, where she specialized in visual arts.
Colina is also an accomplished portrait, landscape, and nature painter who works in gouache, pastel, oil, and acrylic. Her tattoo specialties include color and black-and-gray realism, figurative work, florals, ornamental designs, fine-line tattoos, and fine-art-inspired pieces. She is particularly skilled in cover-ups and thoughtfully designed tattoos over scars.
